Boats should be parked at Hendrick's Creek Marina. ✹ The property is located in the countryside. While we have regular pest control services, you may still come across a few insects in and around the house as part of the natural surroundings. ✹ Hendricks Creek Marina is approximately 1 mile away, Sulphur Creek Marina is about 10 minutes by car, and Dale Hollow State Park is about 20 minutes by car. ✹ 2 inflatable stand-up paddle boards are provided for your convenience. Please note these are Bote Breeze 10’8” boards with paddles (listed as kayak in amenities list because there is no option for standup paddle boards).

Please note no boat parking is available – the driveway is steep and is not conducive to parking a boat. Boat parking is available at the top of the hill from Hendrick’s Creek Marina (less than 2 miles away). ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home (up to 104 Mbps), plus a designated workspace in the entryway. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, high chair, fireplace guards, baby safety gates, and plenty of toys/books. ✹ PET FRIENDLY: We welcome well-behaved dogs.
